Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Team Member to join our team at The Grounds Guys.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our customers, performing basic tasks related to industrial maintenance, and ensuring the highest level of quality and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial maintenance tasks at high levels of quality and service delivery
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds
- Ensure jobs are wrapped up and set for the next day
Requirements:
- Prior experience in industrial, cleaning, painting, or similar service industries
- OSHA10 Certification and Contract Specific Tier 1 training (training will be paid for if not already held)
Benefits:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour, dependent on experience and work ethic
