Transaction Specialist #3: Closing Preparation

The role of the Transaction Specialist #2 is designed to support specific real estate tasks which elevate Partner productivity and help maintain compliance. The Transaction Specialist #2 is a member of the Partner’s team, and they provide uniform services to all Partners assigned to them.
Transaction Specialist Priorities
● Coordination of Contract Closing
● Settlement Statement Review
● Amend/Extend Preparation
● File Disbursement
● Ensure Transaction File Complete and Compliant
Qualifications
Transaction Specialist #3 Job Requirements
1. Review transaction files and create closing files
2. Run weekly closing reports
3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling closings
4. Review Settlement Statements for price, earnest money, commission, concessions,
home warranties, etc.
5. Prepare necessary Amend Extends
6. Verify files are complete and deliver closing file to Partner
7. Review closing package when received after closing
8. Confirm commissions and referrals
9. Upload appropriate closing documents into appropriate platforms
10.Order sign and lock box removal
11. Enter sold data into MLS systems
12.Disburse file to Business Manager 13.Communicate with all parties regarding missing/incomplete documents & ensure file is bulletproofed
14.Verify all files are closed out for reporting
15.Help other positions and offices when needed, including front desk coverage
16.Other duties as assigned

Education and Requirements
● Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
● Prior customer service experience required
● Prior real estate experience preferred
● Active Real Estate License preferred
● Attendance at annual company staff Ninja training expected
● Attendance at staff meetings expected
Salary : $22 - $24
