The Group Hospitality is a growing restaurant group based in NYC with locations across multiple cities nationally. The Group is seeking a dedicated, experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their Corporate team. The HR Coordinator oversees full-cycle recruitment for various roles in the company, with a focus on the restaurant management teams. This role helps grow and support the talent in the company by connecting and nurturing the most suitable people to contribute to a company's future success.
The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous hospitality experience preferred.
This role is full-time, in person.
General Responsibilities
- Creates and implements end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
- Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Schedules meetings and interviews with hiring managers, the Director of HR, and other corporate team members
- Ensures the onboarding cycle and training mandates for all new office employees and exempt employees are implemented and adhered to
- Assists the department in carrying out a variety of human resources programs and procedures for all company employees
- Coordinates and ensures that the initial evaluation process and ongoing performance evaluation processes are completed
- Assists with company audits
