Essential Job Functions:
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
- Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
- Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.
Hotel Specific:
- Working both indoors and outdoors. Outside in all weather conditions, including inclement weather.
- Work in multiple outlets across the property.
Physical Demands:
- Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
- Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
