What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Trimmer position at The Grove?
Job Summary
We are looking for a well-rounded individual to join our Trimming team. The Cultivation Trimmer will be assisting the Cultivation Team with all packaging and trimming duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Basic knowledge and understanding of Cannabis processing; proper technique and handling of finished product, so as not to degrade the quality while packaging.
· Breakdown cured batches into multiple different weight increments and package them accordingly.
· Fundamental knowledge, as well as the ability to be taught and guided in areas related to harvesting, drying, trimming, and curing.
· Basic knowledge of Metrc
· Show self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all members of their staff and the company, as well as with their direct supervisor.
· Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, especially with the direct supervisors and other team members.
· Preparing all boxes and products for orders. Making sure all needed labels are on the proper boxes and product.
· Maintain daily sanitation of all machines and of the packaging room.
· Knowledgeable about machines and how to work them.
· Maintain organization abided by state regulations.
Job Duties:
· Experience working in a fast-paced, continually changing work environment while successfully meeting goals set by management
· Conducting yourself with the utmost professionalism with ethical behavior to the company
· Organizational skills and the ability to multitask for most efficient time management required
· Must past a criminal background check
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Must have transportation

· Cultivation Agent Card
Job Type: Full-time
