We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our clients and advisors through proactive relationship management, financial planning support, and exceptional service.

About the Role

The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience by managing inquiries, guiding account transfers, and preparing for financial reviews. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to financial planning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Support

  • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours to maintain trust and satisfaction
  • Guide clients through rollover and account transfer processes
  • Assist with client portal navigation and account setup
  • Support trading and portfolio management by coordinating with advisors
  • Resolve escalated issues related to account changes

Client Meeting & Review Management

  • Prepare financial projections and account summaries for client meetings
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and draft follow-up emails
  • Help clients plan for key milestones like retirement transitions

Documentation & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and secure documentation
  • Ensure precise data entry and organization within our CRM system
  • Record and track client interactions for continuity of service

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of financial products, retirement planning, and investments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Two to three years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Active Series 65 and insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience using financial planning software and CRM tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
