We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our clients and advisors through proactive relationship management, financial planning support, and exceptional service.
About the Role
The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience by managing inquiries, guiding account transfers, and preparing for financial reviews. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to financial planning and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Support
- Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours to maintain trust and satisfaction
- Guide clients through rollover and account transfer processes
- Assist with client portal navigation and account setup
- Support trading and portfolio management by coordinating with advisors
- Resolve escalated issues related to account changes
Client Meeting & Review Management
- Prepare financial projections and account summaries for client meetings
- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and draft follow-up emails
- Help clients plan for key milestones like retirement transitions
Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate client records and secure documentation
- Ensure precise data entry and organization within our CRM system
- Record and track client interactions for continuity of service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of financial products, retirement planning, and investments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Two to three years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role
- Active Series 65 and insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using financial planning software and CRM tools
