Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain legal documents preparing them for review by attorneys
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and analyzing legal documents
- Research applicable laws and regulations related to litigation
- Gather and compile evidence for lawyers to use in trial proceedings or other legal proceedings
- Prepare legal correspondence and memoranda, including drafting motions and other pleadings
