Litigation Paralegal (Employment Law)

An international Labor & Employment law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Los Angeles .

Annual Salary Range : $100,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities :

  • Draft documents for attorney review.
  • Assist with drafting and preparing motions, assemble exhibits and create appendix.
  • Assist in trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Keep accurate time and billing records.
  • Obtain and manage client documents.
  • Conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks and obtain properly authenticated records as needed.
  • Work closely with attorneys with coordination of details before, during, and after trial
  • Minimum 1500 Billable Hourly Requirement

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience.
  • Labor & Employment Law experience preferred.
  • Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & Relativity
  • High Attention to Detail

    • Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
