What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Support Associate position at The Guidance Center?
POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this position will assist departments by completing clerical and administrative tasks to support departmental success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- General clerical/administrative duties to assist department in organization and non-billable tasks.
- Complete daily, bi-weekly, weekly and monthly reports and provide information to treatment teams.
- Work intra- and inter- departmentally to help with the needs of the members and the organization.
- Tracking and prompting of upcoming due dates for required documentation.
- Provide outreach and reengagement to clients.
- Coordination with local detention facility and outreach.
- Assist and prepare any needed documents for clinicians.
- Maintain and monitor deliverables.
- Verify that all members that are seeing clinicians are current with treatment plans and annual assessments by providing caselist reports to clinicians.
- Ability to complete all TGC required trainings on time.
- Willingness to learn.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to obtain Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
At least 21 years of age or older
Valid AZ driver's license
