Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks including construction, repair, and maintenance.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required by project needs.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- You will be asked to build and assemble many many things! We build Fences , Lanais , Pergolas , Seamless Rain Gutters , Soffit , Fascia & conplete Remodels!
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
