Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist with installation of patios, retaining walls, steps, and walkways
- Read and follow layout plans with precision
- Operate compact equipment such as skid steers, saws, and plate compactors
- Prepare base material, set accurate grades, and deliver clean finishing work
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness throughout the project
- At least 2 years of hardscape installation experience (required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in your work
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Warren, MI location
- Competitive Pay: $23 - $28/hr based on experience
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 10-hour shifts, 4050 hours per week
