This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to read blueprints and job-related documents, and experience with pile driving and drilling equipment.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies.
- Develop crew SIP's and submit to site Foreperson.
- Communicate effectively with customer representatives and inspectors.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university OR one year of related experience and/or training.
- Working knowledge and ability to safely understand and direct carpentry crew.
