We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Paving Laborer to join our Structures Division.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience operating heavy equipment used in highway construction is highly desirable. Additionally, OSHA or other relevant safety certifications will be an asset. If you have a proven track record of performing manual labor tasks with attention to detail and commitment to safety, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Takes directions well
- Reasonable knowledge of concrete materials, workability, finishing, finishing equipment, and curing
- Reasonable knowledge of concrete paving formwork and doweling systems and assembly
- Influences and enforces company values
- Performs all other duties of crew members as needed
