Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to project activity.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Prior experience in Heavy Civil Construction, preferably in a similar capacity.
