About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Civil Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and support public and private projects throughout the Western Pennsylvania Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.
- Analyze plans and specifications to determine time frames, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and submit high-quality estimates within given deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and evaluate change order pricing.
- Ensure project activities progress on schedule, within budget, and provide advice to solve problems.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field from a two-year college or technical school.
- Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
