We are seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to become part of our team. Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies, moving levers and pedals to control equipment operation, cleaning equipment as scheduled, ensuring safe parking and storage, maintaining equipment, and notifying the shop foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs. Candidates must possess a one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school or six months of related experience and/or training, be able to pass a practical skills test for heavy equipment, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
