Project Estimation Position
The H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a skilled Civil Estimator/Project Manager to lead our estimation efforts and support public and private projects in the Western Pennsylvania Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine necessary resources and timelines.
- Prepare and submit high-quality estimates and negotiate contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and provide advice to solve problems.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction relevant to this region.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field from a two-year college or technical school.
- Effective communication and computer skills.
