ROLE SUMMARY:
The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Friday through Sunday availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes.
- Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
- Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
- Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards.
- Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation.
- Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques.
- Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work I the United States.
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Must have attention to detail.
