 Job Scope:

The Director of Marketing plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing Habitat’s marketing and communication efforts as well as Public Relations in adherence with Habitat’s vision and mission. The overarching goal is to enhance Habitats image and position in the industry. In addition, the Director of Marketing will collaborate and strategize with other business lines to identify opportunities in the market that can be developed to achieve Habitats goals. Marketing is a key component in shaping Habitat’s image and driving its growth through effective marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
• Take on an active role in our partnership with our public relations company to further leverage our presence in the industry.
• Supervise and provide guidance and feedback to the marketing team.
• Establish deadlines, marketing objectives, business goals and create marketing budgets.
• Ensure online presence aligns with Habitat’s overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
• Control budgets and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and our marketing efforts are at the forefront of new strategies and technologies.
• Collaborate with Habitat’s business lines to effect measurable outcomes to support the growth goals of Habitat.
• Participate and collaborate with team members in crafting RFP’s that showcase our capabilities, breadth of experience and our culture.
• This role would also lead all efforts as it relates to internal and external communications
• Create social media content for brand recognition, audience engagement and increase exposure for Habitat.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years as a Marketing Sr. / Manager OR Director

• Degree in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field

• Familiarity with Various CRM and CMS Platforms

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Knowledgeable of web analytics

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
