The Hackett Group is actively seeking a results-driven and hands-on Sr. Director, Oracle Cloud SCM to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions, with a specific focus on Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and related areas. This high-level position demands exceptional technical expertise as well as strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Oracle Cloud SCM Sr. Director Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored Oracle Cloud solutions in Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and related areas.
- Lead the hands-on design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, particularly in Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and associated modules.
- Demonstrate expertise and a proven record of success with three or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management, while performing functional configuration and/or technical development.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to clients in a structured and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Oracle Cloud solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments of Oracle Cloud design to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud technologies, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Work with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Oracle Cloud SCM Sr. Director Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation, with expertise in Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Costing; experience in Receiving is highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Inventory, Procurement, Costing, and Product Management in a lead/architect role.
- Certified in two or more Oracle SCM modules relevant to Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and related areas.
- Proven hands-on experience as an Oracle Supply Chain Solution Architect, focusing on implementing Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and associated modules.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM functionality and best practices, particularly in Sourcing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving, and related areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on high-level projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Additional certifications in Oracle Cloud technologies are highly desirable.
