As a Marketing Manager at The Halpern Law Firm, you will be a key player in connecting our business with the victims of asbestos exposure. Your role will involve fostering a strategic approach using the marketing department’s budget.
Responsibilities:
o Developing marketing strategies such as creating campaigns that abide by business objectives and goals.
o Plan and oversee advertising, social media, and all marketing campaigns
o Manage marketing budgets, including but not limited to ad spend, and contracts
o Oversee the daily activities of the marketing department
o Approve written content and changes made to the website
o Negotiate contracts with vendors
o Report on marketing metrics
o Help organize the marketing department’s goals and KPIs
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5 years of related experience in Marketing
- Ideally 1 year of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Great communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools
- Skilled in conversion optimization strategies
