We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, brokers and all outside calls.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
Route calls, emails to appropriate staff for resolution. Manage mail distribution. Prioritize tasks.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Ability to work as part of a team in a busy Real Estate office
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
