Camp Mona, located at The Hampton Synagogue in beautiful Westhampton Beach, is seeking mature, responsible floaters to provide campers ages 12 months-5 years with a safe, fun, and exciting camp experience. Camp runs from June 23, 2025 to August 29, 2025. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.
You should love working with children, conduct yourself in a professional manner, be patient, flexible, collaborative, enthusiastic, and able to maintain calm in all situations.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure campers’ physical and emotional health, safety, and well-being
- Develop caring relationships with campers
- Take direction from your Senior and Assistant Teachers
- Participate enthusiastically and assist in all camp activities, including but not limited to, circle time, specials, free play, snack, lunch, nap/rest time, and swimming
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and preparation of the camp rooms, program supplies, and activity spaces
- Be a positive role model for campers and staff
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment at all times
- Attend all required pre-camp trainings, training sessions, and staff meetings
- Inform the Director daily of any concerns regarding campers, staff, or the facility
- CPR/First Aid Certified OR willing to become certified before the summer begins
