About the Role:

As a Customer Care Representative at Harr Motor Group, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring accurate and timely communication. This role is vital to upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally, providing efficient and personalized assistance.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction goals and maintain high ratings.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, completing a minimum of 15 calls per hour.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department daily.
  • Assist customers with navigating the online sales process.
  • Respond promptly to internet leads within 15 minutes or less.
  • Accurately record vehicle and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Answer customer emails promptly.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • The ability to empathize with customers and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer service software (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
