The Manager of Residential Services is responsible for establishing and executing the major goals and objectives of the Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID). Responsible for ensuring that revenue meets or exceeds expenses. Interprets and implements Agency-related directives at various locations. Provide leadership, direction, and guidance of Programs activities. Manages, analyzes, and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations. Develops and maintains effective organizational structure and personnel. Provides administrative and fiscal oversight and clinical/programmatic supervision over routine and specialized services. Is responsible for carrying out Programs goals and objectives. Evaluates performance and makes decisions regarding hiring and discharging staff.

Your Role in Action
Oversees the day to day and administrative functions of the Residential ICF/IID programs such as:
- Assists with the management of the budget allocated for the fiscal year in a manner that is cost effective and efficient.
- Coordinates compliance efforts for designated programs related to State agency contract, Data Verification Criteria (DVC), Commissioner's Rules, Agency P&P's, QA Initiatives, Life/Safety Codes, and other applicable guidelines/standards.
- Achieves projected targets related to number of consumers contacted, processed, served, placed, or linked as required by applicable guidelines/standards.
- Maintains consumer and staff safety.
What qualifications will you need:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent
- 4 years of progressive experience in the management of programs serving persons with developmental disabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of the field of Developmental Disabilities combined with knowledge of production, employee coaching & development, management, and required support activities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational and analytical abilities.
- Able to coordinate, manage, and direct others.
