As a company that prides itself on CUSTOMER SERVICE as its BEST ASSET, we're recruiting for an individual who will be the PRIMARY VOICE callers hear when they contact our office. Do you have a great voice and a willingness to HELP PEOPLE? Do you like talking on the phone? We can train you on our business but we need someone who is WILLING, EAGER, ENGAGING and LOVES helping people.
The Customer Services Representative is responsible for performing customer service and general administrative functions for the Account Management Team of The Harrison Group, Inc. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to client and participant inquiries via phone and email. He or she will be responsible for responding to client and participant questions and/or concerns, answering telephones, taking messages, checking voice mail, and other administrative support responsibilities.
This position also supports the internal department operations through additional administrative functions including file management, assisting in claims processing procedures, mailing and scanning documents, and general office work.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Skills
This is a full-time position. Days and work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or as otherwise assigned.
Upon successful introductory period, employee may be offered a HYBRID schedule with 1-2 days as Work From Home.
Work Environment:
This job regularly operates in a professional office environment. The ability to work remotely or from home may be necessary at times. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Travel:
There is no travel involved in this position.

- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Team player/support
- Ability to function independently and multi-tasking
- Ability to type 45WPM accurately
- Ability to keep all employee/medical information strictly confidential.
- Associate's degree in Business/Health Administration or related work experience preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience in benefits management, customer service or accounting-related field is definitely a PLUS!
- A qualified candidate will understand that our business objective is to provide SUPERIOR personalized customer service. Growth and experience will determine the level of responsibilities and duties assigned.
