Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Program Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with a caseload of clients, providing both individual and group therapy in an inpatient setting. You’ll be a key part of creating a stable and nurturing space where healing and transformation happen every day.

Position Responsibilities :

Supervise and support a team of two clinicians, one case manager, and one kitchen manager, providing guidance and mentorship.
Sign off on clinical documentation.
Facilitate and cofacilitate groups on a weekly basis.
Facilitate staff meetings and create agenda.
Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health care.
Work with The Haven during State audits, and Joint Commission Accreditation annually.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Conduct regular clinical supervision and performance evaluations for staff members.
Provide training and development opportunities for clinical staff.
Monitor treatment progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary.
Facilitate crisis intervention and support as needed.
Engage with families and community resources to enhance client support.
Supervise intern students as needed and work directly with colleges (one student at a time)

Requirements :

Minimum of two years of clinical management experience in a behavioral health setting.

Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Strong understanding of substance use disorders and criminal justice populations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to use electronic medical health record system, calendar system, and provide timely and accurate clinical documentation (same day as service).

Must work with leadership team as needed.

Has a strong understanding of technology and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Must have strong time management skills, and model timeliness for the team.

Ability to have difficult conversations with the team, provide corrective action plans, disciplinary actions, and work closely with Human Resource Director on staff related issues.

Proficient in group therapy facilitation and individual therapy

Experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques

Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
