```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolution
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

```Experience```
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest issues effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hospitality management software is a bonus
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
