ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide support with grocery order and pick ups.
- Prepare meals for patients seeking eating disorder care and refers to appropriate level caloric intake per patient.
- Collaborates with 2nd shift chef and Registered Dietitian to meet treatment goals of patients.
- Attends multidisciplinary meetings.
- Assures commercial kitchen remains compliant with all regulations.
- Attends staff development and program initiatives and participates with the team in developing these as indicated.
- Requests and responds to supervision/consultation offered by the Executive Director, Clinical Directors, and Dietitian.
- Pursues personal and professional growth using internal and external resources.
- Actively participates in QI, Utilization Management, and Risk Management processes as they pertain to food preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete all job functions in an ethical and culturally humble manner.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Experience
- Two years direct experience in food preparation.
- Experience with complex dietary restrictions.
- Sensitivity to patients and families in treatment.
We welcome new graduates and licensed individuals who have not worked with eating disorders before.
Required Certification/Licensure
- Servsafe Manager Certification
Age Specific Competencies
- Required for adults and adolescents 12 and up.

Schedule:
- 4-8 hour shifts flexible
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- FT coverage for 2nd shift Chef, as needed
- No weekends
