The Health Center at Galloway, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources/Payroll Liaison. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. Responsibilities of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:
- Scheduling for the Nursing department
- Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
- Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
- Pre-screening of all staff
- Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:
- Prior Long-Term Care staffing/payroll experience
- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
- Staffing Software experience is a plus
- Staffing Coordinator/ HR/ Payroll/ Recruiting: 1 year preferred
- Required experience: Recruiting, Staffing, Scheduling and/or HR/ Payroll: 2 years preferred
