Multi-Service Line Senior Director (RN)

A growing not-for-profit community hospital seeks a Multi-Service Line Senior Director (RN) to provide oversight, management, and strategic direction for assigned departments. Collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams and institutional leadership to drive improvements in patient care, access, throughput, and staff engagement. This role will optimize performance to meet both strategic and operational goals. The Multi-Service Line Director (RN) will work in close partnership with the Chief Nursing Officer and other members of the Senior Director leadership team.

Job Type/ Schedule:

• Onsite, In-person
• Full time, Regular work week.

Position details:

• Oversight of 3 service lines: Medical/Surgical, Psychiatry and Spiritual Care
• 100 Direct Reports, 3-5 reporting leaders.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, or Psychiatric or Mental Health , required
• Current State RN License, required.
• 5-7 years progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility overseeing departmental operations and personnel, required.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry or medical surgical units, required.
• Education and experience developing care plans for Psychiatry patients in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, required.
• Ability to align departmental goals with the institution's strategic plan and improve operational and financial performance, required.
• Working knowledge of regulatory standards, union agreements, and clinical performance standards, required.
• BLS certification, required.

Salary: 180k-240k DOE, Generous benefit package and relocation assistance.
