Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized patient coordinator to join our dynamic team!
As the patient coordinator for our thriving office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet patients by their first name as they arrive, manage scheduling and book appointments, answer phone calls, help patients complete their new patient paperwork, take and understand insurance information, and make sure all the patients needs are met while in the office. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and manage patient appointment efficiently
- Greet patients warmly by their first name and ensure a positive experiance
- Ensure all patient documentation is complete and organized
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out of the office, collecting payments, and handling insurance information
- Multitask in a fast paced and continually growing environment
- Communicating within the team to maximize patient care
