EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree preferred .
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Prior experience working in an office setting, preference is given to those who have worked in clinical settings.
Proficiency with computers.
· Must possess a valid California Driver License, automobile, and automobile insurance.
· CAI/Fingerprint-Child Abuse Index Clearance.
· DOJ-Department of Justice Clearance.
· FBI Clearance.
· CPR/First Aid Certification.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain office files and records.
Process and organize documents and data.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support front office staff with administrative tasks.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Perform data entry and database management.
Assist with project management tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
