About the Role
The HEICO Companies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to lead its Industrial Technologies Group's (ITG) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) initiatives.
As a key member of the ITG team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A initiatives across ITG, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Provide expert-level support for Power BI reporting and dashboard development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- 5 years of progressive accounting/analyst experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
