What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrative Assistant position at The Heights Church?
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Job Description: To serve The Heights Church by playing an instrumental role alongside the Executive Pastor and Sr. Pastors in the leading of the church.
- This role will assist the Executive and Sr. Pastors with managing schedules/. appointments, arranging meetings and other events, managing correspondence and performing general clerical duties.
- Maintain and file documentation.
- Oversee permissions and access to church management software.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with oversight responsibilities. Take notes and send out follow up notes.
- Ensure that Pastors have needed information to lead services when necessary.
- Partake in any other meetings as needed.
- Help prepare presentations when needed.
- Facilitate the flow of information across the organization.
- Assist in maintaining the vision and heart of the ministry at large.
- Hosting and/or assisting host all central events.
- Direct and manage communication to campus administrators.
- Provide assistance for campus events as needed.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Minimum of one year at an executive level administrative or support role.
- Experience in problem solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and organization skills.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with good attitude.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and operate programs as needed.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Perform tasks as required. (may include lifting up to 10 lbs. or setting up/tearing down for events)
