Salary Range: $46-$50 DOE

If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As the )Minimum Data Set Nurse Supervisor (MDS-RN), you will conduct and coordinate the development, completion and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of this facility.
Must have:
- 2-4 years’ of MDS experience
- Nursing degree from accredited college
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state
- Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations and reimbursement governing long term care and Medicare participation
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Nice to have:
- Experience providing care to multiple residents
- RN license
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in skilled nursing environment
