What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment Supervisor position at The Hemp Collect?
OBJECTIVES:
Under the direction of the Fulfillment Supervisor and Inventory and Logistics Manager, the Fulfillment Specialist will oversee inventory levels of sellable goods and ensure the accurate shipment of products. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the inventory room and assisting in writing SOPs applicable to the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Fulfillment
- Follow SOPs for order fulfillment, utilizing Zoey, Asana, and Cin7 Core under the direction of the Fulfillment Supervisor.
- Ensure all orders are pulled from inventory correctly and quality-checked before packing.
- Manage the end of the Asana pipeline for fulfillment.
- Oversee the system for partial order tracking and work with the Fulfillment Supervisor to improve processes.
- Process waste per departmental policy and schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Shipping Supply Inventory
- Manage the intake of all sellable products.
- Maintain accurate inventory updates/counts and conduct scheduled audits (daily counts).
- Perform inventory counts and scheduled audits on shipping materials.
- Pull reports on inventory levels as needed.
- Manage the QC rejection shelf and coordinate with the Inventory and Logistics Manager to resolve issues.
- Assist in the onboarding of new inventory management software and utilize the system when fully implemented.
Production
- Provide additional production support as needed, in coordination with fulfillment tasks.
- Follow SOPs for product packaging, production, and compliance.
