The Brand Analyst, Hershey's Brand will have responsibility for specific projects and activities in support of the Hershey's Brand, including retail analysis, DME management, and various project management responsibilities.
The Brand Analyst, Hershey's Brand must be effective at:
* Weekly business tracking: Analyzing weekly retail Circana data to assist in understanding key drivers of the business and informing the need for actions to address business opportunities or risks. Assisting with ad hoc retail business analysis on an ongoing basis
* Budget management: Manage team DMEs and work with Marketing Operations partners to effectively plan and manage team budget
* Program implementation and coordination: Support coordinating and implementing brand programs, promotions, and events
* Project leadership: Leading cross-functional teams for lower-complexity marketing projects (e.g. commercialization for Innovation, promotions, design changes, etc.)
* Sales communications: Support the development of sales communication updates with oversight from the marketing team
* Administrative support: Support one-off administrative requests (e.g. identifying and sharing brand assets, coordinating calendars with external agencies, product orders)
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Learning agility
Requirements
* At least 18 months of relevant work experience
* Bachelor's degree required (preferably Business, Analytics, Management)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus); ability to learn new systems
* Analytical and project management experience is a plus
