Summary :
Reporting to Senior Manager Engineering, Assistant Project Manager will assist Staff & Principal project managers responsible for initiating and executing capital projects of varying complexity, delivering the capital plan on time and within budget. The PM will be responsible to learn how to promote and implement the use of technology and developing solutions to solve complex engineering problems that meet the company's current and / or future business needs. The successful candidate must be able to display a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible to model leadership and develop the ability to provide instruction to engineers, plant staffs, technical resources, contractors, and others within the Supply Chain. Candidate will be responsible to learn and understand all phases of large projects or programs, from project development through close-out.

- Analyze & identify problems by using root cause analysis and recommend unique solutions to correct the issue.
