High Associates Ltd. is a leading developer, broker, and manager of office space, industrial real estate, retail properties, and apartments in Lancaster, PA; throughout South Central PA; and beyond. Our managed portfolio includes residential apartment communities and major corporate centers located throughout the eastern United States.
We are excited to provide an opportunity for a Marketing Intern to join the High Associates team at our Greenfield Corporate office in Lancaster, PA. This individual will learn the ins & outs of outstanding customer service, event coordination, team communication, and operations while assisting our Marketing and Events Manager with various projects throughout the Summer.
This is a Full-Time Paid Summer Internship with working hours of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. There will be some early mornings and late evenings required, as necessary, based on event schedule.
Responsibilities of our Marketing Intern will include, but are not limited to:
- Event coordination, setup, and break down.
- Administrative tasks.
- Assisting with social media projects and maintain social media pages.
- Graphic design work.
- Coordinating with external vendors for various events.
- Website, social media and email content writing
- Website design and enhancements
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Required maturity and a high level of professionalism coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Availability to work occasional early mornings and evenings, as necessary based upon events.
- Canva and Clipchamp experience preferred
