The High Companies, Human Resource department is looking for a Talent Development Intern to join our team for Summer 2025 in Lancaster, PA!

By the end of your internship, you will have a better understanding of the significant role that talent development plays in attracting, developing, and retaining employees in an organization. You will learn and develop under the guidance of our Director of Talent Development, who began her career as an intern.
This is a full-time paid Summer internship, working Monday- Friday starting at 8AM.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop knowledge and / or experience with learning assessments, program facilitation, stakeholder collaboration, consultation, and course design for adult learners
- Design engaging and interactive eLearning modules using the iSpring 11 design tool
- Create, review, and / or revise communications and materials related to talent development activities
- Administer, assign, and track assessment tools
- Support new hire onboarding activities
- Participate in, evaluate, and / or enhance virtual and in-person collaborative learning experiences
- Design and deploy a talent development needs assessment, to collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Research and / or create relevant content to upload to our learning management library for learners to access
- Participate in development, networking, and social activities with other interns across the organization
- Assist with auditing and editing job descriptions to assist with internal and external talent selection / placement
- Assist with an employee information audit and data entry project
