Physical Demands:
As a Ticket Sales Agent you’ll be on the front line of delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with winter season passes, summer lift tickets, and adventure activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to resolve guest inquiries efficiently. This is a part-time position, with potential for full-time hours through job sharing in other roles.

Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,):
- Assist guests with purchasing and managing winter season passes, summer lift tickets, and other activities
- Have knowledge and stay up to date on resort products, promotions, pricing, and special events to assist guests effectively.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat and orderly fashion (inside or out)
- Process transactions, apply credits, and update guest profiles while ensuring accuracy and privacy in data entry.
- Ensure guests have updated profiles and signed waivers
- Handle guest concerns and conflict resolution in a timely, professional, and respectful manner while providing excellent guest service in any circumstance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in job sharing, and maintaining a friendly attitude in all interactions
Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc)
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Able to work outside part of the time if needed
Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc)
- Experience with computers and/or Point-of-Sale systems preferred
- Experience with cash handling preferred
