The Highlands at Harbor Springs is a resort seeking a skilled and friendly staff member to join our team. As a Bag Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests while assisting them with equipment and course information.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and interact with all guests in a professional manner
- Assist guests with equipment and provide course information
- Load and unload bags for guests
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
- Set up, maintain, restock, and clean the golf range
**Qualifications:**
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have knowledge of golf etiquette (preferred but not required)
- Be able to stand for 6-8 hours at a time
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
