Position Overview
Hilldrup is seeking a highly skilled Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our employee benefits programs, compensation structure, and HRIS systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that Hilldrup remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while providing a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits Management : Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Compensation : Develop and manage the company’s compensation structure, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and performance management systems. Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive pay practices.
- HRIS : Lead the administration and optimization of the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
- Compliance : Ensure all benefit, compensation, and HRIS processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Employee Support : Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance on benefits, compensation, and HRIS-related inquiries.
