Job Summary:
Hilldrup has an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Final Mile Logistics Associate who under general supervision, provides a variety of administrative and operational support to include reporting, management of documents, invoicing and communications necessary for the efficient operation of the Final Mile business line. The Final Mile Associate will work side by side with the Director of Final Mile, branch team members and delivery teams on Final Mile logistics work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and delivery teams.
- Makes scheduling calls to delivery customers.
- Monitor group emails to ensure customers are receiving timely responses.
- Route delivery auditing.
- Coordinate with Final Mile branches to ensure SOP are followed for each customer.
- Work with the branches to ensure systems are updated properly to ensure metrics scores remain at the top.
- Complete invoicing activities through dispatch and invoicing programs.
- Coordinate accounts receivables with the remittance from the customers.
- Creates and sends out daily reports as needed.
- Sends out damage and return reports.
- Routing and scheduling tasks
- Support Final Mile branches with vacation coverage.
- Assist with the Final Mile carrier onboarding process.
- Other duties as assigned.
