***First Shift***
Job Summary
Receives, verifies, and records incoming materials and supplies and performs a variety of routine clerical duties to support Warehouse operations. Prepares and processes outgoing truckload, LTL, and overnight shipments; ensures all items ship to the proper location, according to established schedules.
Essential Job Functions *
Verifies and accurately receive and transfer inventory to the appropriate warehouse locations.
Responsible for loading palletized products, completing shipping documents and adheres to directed transportation methods (Manifest).
Maintains records of clerical duties including, but not limited to: daily invoicing of customer orders, product receipts, and outbound UPS and LTL shipments.
Serves as a resource for team members and showcases “role model” habits related to safety, communication, teamwork, and cleanliness.
Communicates with Area Manager to determine priorities, observes work-in-progress, and advises Area Manager of issues
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
Shipping/Receiving: Fast-paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day. Exposure to loud noise. Functional vision and hearing required.
Physical Demands
Shipping/Receiving: Heavy, lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs.
