The BICC Data Analyst is a key member of the Business Intelligence Competency Center, responsible for ensuring the effective use of business intelligence (BI) tools and practices across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, BICC, this role will assist in implementing BI strategies, standards, and procedures to deliver maximum value to the business.
Essential Job Functions *
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, ensuring alignment between the business and BICC.
Support the Manager, BICC in maintaining the governance structure for BI and analytical programs, projects, practices, software, and architecture.
Work on data analysis, reporting, and visualization, contributing to the development of strategic insights and solutions.
Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of BI policies, processes, standards, and controls.
Contribute to a continuous improvement approach within the organization for BI practices.
Collaborate with the BICC team to deliver business intelligence reporting, ensuring that leadership and cross-functional partners are regularly updated on projects, standards, and goals.
Contribute to defining performance indicators and quality metrics, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and adoption requirements.

Education & Experience
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in analytics, BI, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.
Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong proficiency in data analysis and management, including experience with Oracle Products and Microsoft Power BI.
Excellent understanding of MS SQL scripting, DAX, and Power BI.
Knowledge of process improvement and change management principles.
Proven ability to indirectly lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve higher performance goals.
Strong drive for results and success with a sense of urgency to exceed expectations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in building and delivering presentations to various organizational levels.
