Join our team as a Breakfast Server and help create an unforgettable breakfast experience for our guests at the Hilton Garden Inn!
Position: Breakfast Server
Schedule: Shifts are scheduled for weekdays 5:30am-11:00am and weekends 6:30am-12:00pm
Description: As a Breakfast Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the POS system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Ensure serving stations are well-stocked, cleaned and maintained at all times.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items and what accompanying items go with each menu item
- Process all guest checks through an approved payment process (credit card, room charge or cash)
- The team member will be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, kneel, bend and crouch.
- The team member must occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
Job Type: Part-time/ Full time hours available during summer months
