Seeking a guest services agent with exceptional communication and people skills. Duties of the job would include but are not limited to, concierge services like providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options, creating a positive customer experience for guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, using proper telephone etiquette, process payments on guests folios, making reservations, greet guest with a warm welcome, always smile, and to be punctual and professional. We need someone we can count on and will show up to work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
