We are seeking an experienced Marine Bottom Painter.
Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe, clean work area.
All work to be performed to Hinckley quality standards.
Perform other related duties as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate will have knowledge and experience prepping and applying various antifoulant coatings to hull bottoms, jet drives and running gear we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required.
Knowledge of basic power tools; DA and block sanders
Zero (0) to three (3) months experience which may be attained on-the-job or by company training.
Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry over 5 lbs. and up to 25 lbs. on a frequent basis (over 40% and up to 70%)
Requires frequently lifting or moving light weight material.
Occasional mental or visual attention on a sporadic basis.
Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull.
Requires working under disagreeable conditions on a frequent basis where elements such as dust, dirt, heat, fumes, cold, vibration, noise, water or chemicals may be present.
